Q: Where do you ship from?


A: We take pleasure in delivering exceptional value and service to our customers. This is why we offer complimentary global shipping from our warehouses located in the United States, Australia, Germany, and Asia. Shipping times may vary based on current stock availability.

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

 

A: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 10 - 14 days.

Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the destination country, and applicable customs laws.



Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?


A: It usually takes between 3-8 business days.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?


A: If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. No cancellations or changes can be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

Q: Which currency will I be charged in?


A: We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
